I want to start this week with thank you.

Saturday marked ten years of VMA Consulting Group and the public naming of the new era of The Fundable Church. Before I say anything else about what is coming next, I want to honor what made any of it possible. You. The leaders, the pastors, the visionaries, the friends, the family, the team — every person who has walked some portion of this road with me over the past ten years.

And first and always — God. The vision was His before it was ever mine.

There is no version of the past decade where I built this alone. Every season had its people. Every pivot had its prayer covering. Every breakthrough had a community behind it that I did not always see in the moment but recognize fully now. Some of you have been here since the first webinar I ever taught online. Some of you came in during the Fundable University season. Some of you found me last month. Wherever you entered, I want you to know — you are part of what made this possible.

I also know this. A lot has changed since some of you first met me online.

The brand has changed. The offers have changed. The way I show up has changed. The seasons of this work have moved through more shapes than I can count. And if you have been watching for any length of time, you have probably wondered at certain points — what is she building now, exactly?

Here is what I want you to understand about all of that change.

Change, in this work, is the evidence of growth. Not the absence of clarity — the presence of it.

Every shift I have made has been in service of going deeper rather than wider. The earlier seasons of my work were broad — many offers, many directions, many doors open at the same time. What I learned across those seasons is what every visionary leader eventually learns. You cannot pour deep where you are spread wide.

The work I am building now is the work of depth. Fewer doors, walked further. The methodology was always there underneath everything I taught. What is different now is that it has been named, structured, and sequenced — so that what reaches you is the most complete and most useful version of ten years of practice.

That clarity took time. It did not arrive on a single afternoon. It arrived through seasons of building, listening, and being honest about what was working and what was not. That clarity — the kind that takes time and prayer and refinement — is what I want to talk to you about today.

Because here is what I have come to realize as I have stepped into this new era publicly.

Some of you are not waiting for the next product. You are not waiting for the next launch. You are waiting for something else entirely. You are waiting for clarity. On the direction. On the focus. On the next move for your vision and your community work.
