Our Story
If we haven’t met before, we’re Angela and Victor Myles, better known as The Myles Factor. Together, we’ve spent the last 29 years as a husband-and-wife team, raising three incredible sons and welcoming three grandboys into the world. But beyond that, we’ve built a legacy rooted in faith, leadership, and community transformation.
We’re the former executives of Vision of Hope, a multiple seven-figure community program that was birthed from a small outreach church. In less than 36 months, we grew that program into a thriving, multi-million-dollar nonprofit through strategic grant funding, donations, and service delivery. MEET VICTOR MYLES
Victor Myles is a military veteran, former nonprofit director, and community advocate with a passion for empowering churches and faith-driven leaders. Through his work, he motivates church leaders to create tangible change in their communities by teaching the fundamentals of nonprofit operations and grant readiness.
Victor’s commitment to service has made him an integral figure in San Bernardino County’s efforts to combat homelessness and food insecurity. His influence goes beyond strategy—his ability to relate to others through charismatic storytelling makes him a motivational role model for men, young and old alike.
A true testament to resilience, Victor’s journey into charitable work began after he survived a near-fatal tanker truck accident and several surgeries. Unable to return to truck driving, he found a renewed purpose in nonprofit leadership. Inspired by his childhood experiences of giving food to the homeless with his aunt, Victor rediscovered his gift for serving others.

Angela Myles is a dynamic leader and the visionary CEO of VMA Consulting Group LLC, where she oversees an umbrella of three impactful brands: The Myles Factor Coaching & Mentorship, The Fundable Church Online Learning Center, and Fundable Docs, an online template and documentation store for small businesses and nonprofits. Angela is passionate about fostering Kingdom Impact by equipping faith-based leaders and entrepreneurs with the strategic funding and business systems they need to thrive.
With 25 years of entrepreneurial experience spanning both the social and business sectors, Angela is a recognized business development and funding strategist. Known for her brilliance and transformative impact, she has the remarkable ability to achieve significant results with a small team—truly embodying the phrase "Jill of all trades."
Angela’s expertise doesn’t stop at consulting. She is also an author, course creation expert, and the host of the upcoming The Fundable CEO podcast—a must-listen resource for faith-based nonprofit leaders aiming to achieve full funding for their visions. Her journey as a faith-based nonprofit CEO has led to securing millions in funding, and she now helps others replicate that success.
Through her faceless online business, Angela provides faith-based leaders with tools to build their own passive income streams, including eBooks, journals, planners, and social media templates. Her entrepreneurial reach extends to helping leaders create and grow their own coaching or online course businesses.
A passionate advocate for women in entrepreneurship, Angela serves as a judge on women’s entrepreneurship panels, where she shares her strategic insight and unwavering support for women striving to leave their mark on the business world. She is also the co-founder of the BBOP Center and Business Academy, where she continues to equip others with the tools to succeed.
