In This 7 week consulting program, we have 4 sessions every other week and will focus on a specific phase on a 60-minute call. On alternate weeks you will receive assignments via email and questionnaires to complete before our next conference sessions.
WEEK 1: (CALL) DEVELOPING YOUR BUSINESS STRUCTURE- This first orientation call helps me to gain insight and clarity on how to best align your business so it meets the existing guidelines of the IRS for Limited Liability Companies.
WEEK 2: (EMAIL) MAIL OUT YOUR LLC DOCUMENTATION using the assembly instructions, you will mail out your documents or file them electronically if available in your state, and include the additional state filing fee. Email Assignment: Fill out EIN Number application. This is for your Federal Tax ID Number.
WEEK 3: You Receive Your Templates For Client Agreements, Disclosures and Website Information plus the importance of copyright.
WEEK 4: Let's cover your daily operations and what you should and should not track as well as proper record keeping.
WEEK 5: We cover your business development processes internally with accounting, privacy policies, and processing payments plus systems you may need to operate more effectively.
WEEK 6: You learn entry level accounting practices, and segregation of duties from personal and business and the importance of this separation. By now you should have your state documents and will need to open a business bank account.
WEEK 7: Final wrap up and action plan with your next steps for moving forward.
